Our classes for the 2023/24 season is underway. We will be holding registration for winter 2024 classes in January.

Ages 6 - 7

Taekwon-Do Minis

The Estevan Taekwon-Do club developed the mini's program with younger students in mind. 

The program was designed to develop the foundations of Taekwon-Do through both basic technical movements, while learning dojang etiquette and developing physical fitness, flexibility and balance within a disciplined, yet fun environment.

The program runs once a week for a half-hour.

Age 8 - 13

Beginners - Intermediate

This is a one hour program that concentrates on the development of students in all aspects of Taekwon-Do from white belt to red belt.

Students learn patterns, which consist of several techniques performed in sequence, along with sparring, basic self-defence and they begin to learn the history of Taekwo-Do and Korean terminology.

Students stay in this class until they have reached the age of 13. 

Ages 14 & Up

Beginner - Advanced

This class is considered the Adult class. Students in the class have a wide range of age and skill level, from white belt to black belt. 

During this class you will learn patterns, which consist of several techniques performed in sequence,  sparring, step-sparring, self-defence, technical movements and begin to learn the history of Taekwo-Do and Korean terminology.

We strive to provide 32 classes in a session and we have two sessions per year.

Session 1: September - January | Session 2: February - May

Mini's session is a single session that goes from October - April
