  • BENEFITS OF TAEKWON-DO

The Estevan Taekwon-do Club is for everyone at any level and at least 6 years of age. Six is the earliest we begin training within our Mini's Program.

We have had students young and not-so-young begin training with us. The greatest thing about a martial art like Taekwon-Do is that everyone starts at the beginning and continues working at through the journey at their own pace.
