I enroll, or I enroll my child in this program with the awareness that:

1. In TaeKwon-Do injuries can occur. The club will make every effort to ensure the safety of the participants but will assume no liability or responsibility for any injury that may occur. The participant and/or guardians of the participant, agree that they will take no actions, suits or claims against the Estevan TaeKwon-Do Athletic Association, its executive, instructors or students as a result of any injury suffered by the participant in any TaeKwon-Do class or function.
2. Students are expected to abide by the rules of the club and its instructors and to respect the club and the school property.
3. Students and parents or guardians consent to participate in fund raising projects sanctioned by the club.
4. Students over the age of 18 years or parents/guardians of students consent to allow the club to use any photos taken of them or their children during TaeKwon-Do classes or functions for promotional or advertising purposes
